At North-Central Arkansas Pathways to Purpose, our story is rooted in personal experience, community connection, and a deep desire to create real change.
We’ve watched loved ones battle addiction, survive trauma, and navigate a system that often punishes more than it helps. Many of us have walked those paths ourselves. We’ve seen firsthand the barriers people face when trying to rebuild their lives—especially in small, rural communities where resources are scarce and stigma is strong.
Pathways was born out of a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves the chance to heal, grow, and thrive. We’re not here to judge. We’re here to walk beside those who are doing the hard work of starting over—whether they’re coming out of incarceration, recovery, or crisis.
This organization began as one woman’s vision and lived experience, but it’s become something much bigger. It’s a growing network of support, hope, and purpose. And we’re just getting started.
